The weather was beautiful, the flights were not delayed, and we didn't get sunburnt! Woohoo!!
All in all, it really was the perfect vacation. We went parasailing, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, rode a banana boat (see picture down below). I don't have pictures as of yet, but I will soon. I will try that new Snapfish thing so everyone can see them all. There are too many to post!
It was so blasted hot down there that we essentially in a pool/beach for 85% of the time down there! Luckily for me there weren't any jellyfish or sharks nearby :) There were however, my to John's chagrin, geckos, lizards, iguana running rampart down there. Much to my chagrin, there were also moths the size of Timbuctu as well. Not cool.
The locals were very nice, as always ;) and the drinks were good too! I had never drank so many pina coladas and tequila sunrises in my entire life! Honestly.
I hope everyone had a good week. And now that things are back to normal-I will try to keep posting and entertaining you all!
