Friday - Joke O' the Week **Happy Halloween**

A cab driver picks up a nun. She gets into the cab, and the cab driver won't stop staring at her.

She asks him why he is staring.

He replies: "I have a question to ask you, but I don't want to offend you".

She answers, "My son, you cannot offend me. When you're as old as I am and have been a nun as long as I have, you get a chance to see and hear just about everything. I'm sure that there's nothing you could say or ask that I would find offensive."

"Well, I've always had a fantasy to have a nun kiss me."
She responds, "Well, let's see what we can do about that. But first, you have to be single and you must be Catholic."
The cab driver is very excited and says, "Yes, I'm single and Catholic!"

"OK" the nun says. "Pull off to the side of the road, "maybe we will see what we can do."

The nun plants a whopper of a kiss on the cabbie! But when they get back on the road, the cab driver starts crying.

"My dear child," said the nun, why are you crying?"
"Forgive me, but I've sinned. I lied. I must confess, I'm married and I'm Jewish."

The nun says, "That's OK, my name is Kevin and I'm going to a Halloween party."

"I'm tired of trying to stay away from you, Bella"

Hawt! DeKalb library will be having a Teen Twilight Release Party Next week. Yeah I am so there. Granted it will be as a Library Volunteer, otherwise I'd be banned (since obviously I am most certainly NOT a teenager).

The movie comes out November 21st, which is already marked on my calendar. Anyone wanting to hitch a ride, let me know. I will be trying to get tickets in advanced, hopefully. I may just catch it Saturday morning, since I don't work the library that Sat.

Oh oh, maybe I can have a Twilight release party of my own. We can talk about the book and maybe then catch the movie afterwards. I know...I'm a dork.

Rock Bank- Say What???

I just heard the news that The Beatles have licensed a couple of their songs to Rock Band....yeah I am all over that! The edition won't come out until next year but that just rocked my world.

I will be planning a Rock Band Fest (maybe our 2nd annual) soon. Once I see the release date for that bad boy!

Let's get to the ROOT of the Problem!

So we shelled out the moolah and paid for a plumber. Turns out we would have never been able to fix this problem ourselves. They used an electrical rodder and put in at least 75 feet of rod through the sewer line and pulled out ROOTS! Stinkin' bushes is what I say. Apparently the roots were clogging up our sewer lines. We now have to dump some root killer in our lines at least every 4 months. Bummer-but whatever helps, I guess.

But at least that problem is behind us and we have the weekend to look forward too - problem free! Yipee!

I'm out.
